RulesStanding rule — re-verify

Remote ID is required for most drones in the U.S.

If your drone requires registration, it generally must broadcast Remote ID. Most recent DJI drones support it via firmware. Check your registration and Remote ID status before flying.

DJI Air 3S — dual camera, stronger low-light

The Air 3S pairs a 1-inch main camera with a 70mm medium tele and improves low-light and obstacle sensing over the Air 3. A great all-round creator drone.

Build a firmware habit

Check for firmware before big shoots, not during. Update at home on Wi-Fi with a charged battery, then re-check your key settings (RTH height, color profile) afterward — updates sometimes reset them.

Always verify current rules and airspace before you fly — regulations change.
